INVESTOR: Merlini Property Company Sp. z.o.o.
YEAR OF IMPLEMENTATION: January 2021
ADDRESS OF IMPLEMENTATION: ul. Puławka 107, Warsaw

I present our gem, a small Merlini building, which was built in 2002 and still stands alone on the frontage of Puławska Street. The design of changes in the entrance hall and in the common spaces on the floors assumed leaving most of the finishing materials, especially the natural ones: stone and wooden cladding. Such materials usually age nobly and add elegance. In addition, their replacement is associated with considerable costs – so they stay. The whole idea was to emphasize elegance and refer to the esteemed namesake – the royal architect Dominik Merlini.

The concept was created just before the pandemic, the design was created in 2020, the implementation, postponed in time, changed its scope. You could say it’s a pandemic project, but looking at it from a distance it still looks fresh and even a bit glamorous. The main assumptions of the concept have been preserved, and an additional design of an illuminated pylon with the name of the building has been added.

The entrance hall can be seen from the street, if you’re nearby we encourage you to do so.

However, individual floors are less accessible, and there is a different sketch of the view of Warsaw on each floor. We present photos from these floors in the gallery. Can you recognize the streets from these views?
