INVESTOR: Ronson Development Managment
IMPLEMENTATION YEAR: 2015
IMPLEMENTATION ADDRESS: Tamka 29 street, Warsaw

The investment is located at Tamka Street, in Powiśle. The apartment building refers to the historical buildings of Tamka Street while maintaining the contemporary style. The estate is characterized by spacious and modern spaces. It is also one of the few Warsaw apartment buildings that has a roof terrace of over 200m².

The scope of the study included all interior architecture related to common areas, i.e. the entrance hall, reception, staircases, as well as the development of the area around the building and the design of the roof terrace. The interior has been designed with exceptional attention to detail and selection of materials. Properly cut panels of light and dark marble create an elegant pattern on the floor, and the wall finish with gray panels and white plaster perfectly contrasts with red travertine that appears here and there with a very decorative pattern. In the spacious entrance hall, in the high part on two floors, attention is drawn to two magnificent Skygarden lamps that perfectly merge the space.

The design of greenery and small architecture around the building assumed a continuation of the style of the elegant interior and including the garden in the city space. A square was created, alternately surrounded by medium-high, low greenery and light stones. In addition, trees were in the center of the foundation, and benches and atmospheric lighting were located on the square and along the paths.
